The Most Terrible Blackjack Mistakes Beginners Make

Blackjack MistakesBy Paul Blinken

Blackjack is one of the most popular online casino games. Having easy rules, it’s a wonderful choice for both beginners and pros. But blackjack winnings depend not only on your luck but also on your strategy and card counting is an essential part of it.  The odds in blackjack are very well known and all players should understand how they affect your chances of winning.

Blackjack Insurance

The dealer’s offer of blackjack insurance can almost always be ignored.  Basic strategy for this bet is to never take it as the house advantage is over 5%.  If the dealer has an ace in his hand, novices often respond to such an offer. Insurance is disadvantageous for the casino customer, but there are situations where the offer can actually be used.

Mainly, insurance is used by players who can keep an accurate account of the cards.  In particular, it does not apply to beginners, as this technique requires considerable practice. Taking the insurance offer, assessing the situation “by eye” or trusting the casino, is not worth it.

Even Money

The offering of even money when the dealer has an Ace up and the player has a natural blackjack is the same as being offered insurance on the hand.  Don’t take it unless you are a card counter and the count indicates it.  You are better off winning 3 to 2 most of the time than winning even money for sure.

Copying the Dealer

The player, unfamiliar with game principles, often takes a very logical, in his opinion, decision – to act the way the dealer does. Such copying can lead to nothing good, since the casino customer and the dealer, an employee of the casino, have slightly different objectives.

The casino profits from a basic mathematical advantage in the game. Statistics tell us that there is a percentage ratio of losses and winning bets. The profit of a gambling establishment is the difference between successful client bets, when the casino pays, and unsuccessful bets when the client loses money. In other words, the establishment does not seek to win every game at all. It is enough that the statistical indicators are on the side of the casino. Compared to the player, the casino has virtually unlimited money potential and can afford to lose bets (within statistics) in peace.

To ensure the statistical advantage, the dealer has a number of instructions that have not changed over the years.1)This is not entirely true.  House rules have changed over the years and different casinos may have differing rules.  For example, some casinos stand on all 17s including soft-17, while others hit soft-17.  It is better for the player if the dealer stands on all 17s. For example, the dealer always stops at seventeen even when all boxes have 18 points or more, does not make a split, or double. The dealer does not get paid for beating the customer, but for simply following the instructions without fail.

So, what is the answer to the big mistake of players attempting to mimic the dealer?  The answer is to simply learn what is called blackjack basic strategy

Attempting to Count Cards in Bad Games

Card counting is an advanced blackjack strategy.  But the biggest mistake novice card counters make is thinking they have an advantage in games that are inherently bad.  These games can be bad because they have bad rules or the dealer doesn’t deal enough of the cards.

In an online casino or in games with an automatic shuffler, it often makes no sense to count cards.  Not all games are beatable with card counting.

Often, beginners make the mistake of trying to take advantage of a method they have not yet fully mastered, and it is only natural that poor decisions are made.

Mistakes in Splitting

The biggest mistake you can make is to split tens.2)Actually, splitting tens against a 5 or 6 is one of the top most profitable plays that a card counter can make when the count is high enough.  Of course, it is also one of the few plays that can tip off the casino that you are counting cards.  There is an old saying: “Only idiots and card counters split tens. This falls under the category of “temporary insanity.” With 20 in hand, your odds of winning are very good. If you decide to split, however, your odds of winning go down to 45%. Even if the dealer’s card is a 6, which shows the possibility of an overcall, splitting a 10 will cost you about 20% of your failures.

Another incredibly bad move is to split two fives. By splitting them, you have a high chance of getting a 15 in one of the two hands. The right move would be, depending on the dealer’s card, to ask for another card or double the bet.  But the worst play you can make is to stand on a pair of eights versus a dealer’s 7, rather than splitting them.  Stick to basic strategy to avoid all these mistakes.

How Easy is it For the Average Blackjack Aficionado to Start a Blackjack Site?

Man Playing BlackjackBy Ryan Marshall

It is the dream of many card fans to create their own website at which other like-minded people can play their favorite games. Blackjack is the most popular 52-card deck offering in the world, but dedicated sites are few and far between. The game usually exists as an option alongside other casino games, so a diverse range of players have an abundance of choice in what they play. But could a blackjack-only site work? And, if so, how easy would it be to build one?

The Actual Site Building Should be Straightforward

When it comes to the building of a blackjack site, it is doable for anyone. You don’t need to be a professional coder, thanks to the fact that there are pre-built platforms for creators to build on. There are retail betting solutions that are designed to power land-based or online gambling sites, and users can take advantage of all the features they have to offer. The platforms are fully customizable and have pre-made facets that are useful to online gaming operators. The platform is platform-neutral too, meaning the systems can be built on any computer or server.

If you decide to make a blackjack website, opting for a pre-built platform would be the key to success. It may also be wise to get in touch with small developers that have experience in creating gambling games. The way to set your site apart from online casinos that offer blackjack options would be to provide a much wider range of variants of the game. This could include some new-fangled ideas, along with sleek versions of classic blackjack.

Marketing is the Hard Part

The main roadblock for anyone wanting to start a blackjack gaming site would be marketing. The online casino industry is awash with different sites, all struggling for recognition. It is difficult for smaller companies to challenge the big guns because they are usually in a weaker financial position and are unable to offer lucrative bonuses. A blackjack site would, therefore, discover that it’s a mammoth challenge to take them on.

Counting your money!

For this reason, it would be wiser to opt for a different approach. A dedicated blackjack site could be promoted in such a way that appeals to lovers of the game. If you offer blackjack fans an opportunity to meet other people who enjoy it in a community format, this could be a fantastic way to win people over. This has worked for online bingo sites, where the social aspect has helped the industry to blow up.

Other Things to Consider

There are a few other things that you need to think about if you are serious about starting your own blackjack site. Banking options are important, as everyone has their own preference. Taking payments with a wide variety of options would be effective. You’ll also need to get the correct licensing from your relevant authority as well, based on where you are operating from.

Starting a blackjack site is by no means simple, but there are pre-built systems that make it easier than it used to be. The question is, would it be a success in the saturated online casino market? It seems that it would take something special to tempt players away from well-established sites.

AllBonusCodes.comBy SEOLab

Canada, the land of maple syrup, ice hockey, stunning landscapes and happy people. The locals are of mixed French and British descent so it is no wonder they are passionate about extreme sports and all sorts of entertainment.

Gambling is one of their favorite pastimes hence many locals frequently visit the Casino resorts near Niagara Falls. It is indeed bliss to throw dice or play Poker with friends close to nature. Gambling online is very much welcome to Canadians.  AllBonusCodes, one of the leading online casino guides in Canada, has introduced a new line of casinos that would surely brighten any punter’s heart. Feel free to check their site and enjoy the experience.

What is an Online Casino?

It is also called a virtual casino and an online replica of the bricks-and-mortar casino.  Gamblers wager on casino games using their gadgets through the internet. Compared to land-based casinos, online casinos often offer higher odds and percentages as well as bonuses. In addition, a bettor can play casino games at their convenience.

Two Types of Online Casinos

  • Web-based casino

Also known as Flash Casinos1)Adobe, the makers of Flash, has announced that they will no longer support Flash content.  Microsoft fully removed Adobe Flash from Windows 10 in July 2021. Flash is being phased out for newer technologies which will be apparent when visiting any online casino. or No download Casinos, these websites allow players without downloading the software to their gadget or laptop. All they have to do is to visit the site, give their basic information and an email address then make a deposit.

The browser plugins of the games are supported by Java, Macromedia Shockwave, or Macromedia Flash and require browser support such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Opera Mini. Players have to download these. It also requires a stable internet connection for better graphics and sounds.

  • Download-based casino

It requires the download of the software for this type of casino. It doesn’t need browser support because the online casino software already connects to the casino service provider so a good internet connection is the only necessary thing for the player to enjoy the game.

The benefit of this type of casino is it often runs faster and has better graphics and sound compared to the web-based casino.

Kinds of Games

  • Virtual

This type of online casino game is software-based and the outcome of the games is decided by the Pseudorandom Number Generator (PRNG), a type of software that makes sure that the outcome of most games like the spinning of a slot machine or the outcome of the throw of the dice should be unpredictable, fair and random.

  • Live Dealer

Most preferred by conservative punters or gamblers who frequently go to a land-based casino. It has the feel and ambiance of a real brick-and-mortar casino complete with a flamboyant atmosphere and a lively croupier only in an online setting and is streamed in real-time.

Virtual casino operators hire a camera person and an IT for this type of game. Players can place a bet on the spot or chat with the croupier using the chatbot or chat with the customer service for some concerns and queries.

Is it legal to play online casinos in Canada?

Online gambling is legal in the country provided that it is located offshore and the casino site is allowed by the laws of Canada. However, one still has to take note of the city bans, territorial and local laws. Locals respect that for the player’s safety and security. One can check for an online site’s eligibility by checking the site at Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) if it is fully registered and licensed.

Most played online casino games in the country

More than a hundred online casino sites abroad cater to Canadian players from different age brackets and all walks of life. The majority of them are very enthusiastic about casino games such as:

  • Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • Slots
  • Roulette
  • Poker

Final Insight:

Canadians’ love for leisure and gambling has always been part of their nature and their culture. Thanks to the advanced technology and the internet, they were able to fully enjoy online gambling at their comfort and convenience

Blackjack: What’s in a Name?

BlackjackBy Jason Bingham

There aren’t many card games that, while essentially being the same, have quite so many names as blackjack. There’s “Vingt et Un” which alludes to its supposed French origins, and “Twenty-One” for its English equivalent. Then there’s “Pontoon” which is another name for a bridge – but not related to the other card game at all. This allegedly caught on during the First World War among soldiers playing the card game in the trenches.

But perhaps the most fascinating stories of all come from the many different uses there have been of the name blackjack over the years, not to mention how it got the name in the first place.

The most popular theory of its derivation comes from when it was first introduced to the United States, although the precise timing is uncertain with some accounts stating it was in the 19th century and others claiming it wasn’t until the 1930s.1)For more information about the history of blackjack visit

As the story goes, casinos and gambling houses saw the potential of the new game and wanted to maximize its appeal. So a rule was introduced that any player scoring 21 with the ace of spades and a jack of spades or clubs would get a bonus pay-out of 10 to 1. Even after the bonus rule was dropped, the name still stuck.

Of course, there are very different kinds of casino bonuses available today – as one can easily discover by visiting a site like Bonusfinder New Zealand. Many of these need as little as a $1 deposit to claim them and to start playing both online and live blackjack. Some of the casinos featured are even targeted specifically at New Zealand and one in particular, Captain Cook’s, has interesting connections to a number of other uses of the word blackjack.

One of the more sinister meanings of blackjack refers to a weapon carried by sailors consisting of a length of woven rope with a lead weight at the end, carried ashore as protection in case of trouble – quite possibly involving disputes over card games. Other nautical meanings also include a tar-covered barrel containing beer carried on ship as well as being another word for the skull and crossbones “Jolly Roger” flag carried on pirate vessels.

Pirate Flag

While it’s likely that many sailors did use to while away long hours at sea playing cards, there’s no way of being 100% certain whether this is where the derivation of the name originated.

Another, land-based theory comes from the time of the Klondike Gold Rush of 1897-98 when thousands ventured into the wilds of Alaska in the hope of making their fortune. Blackjack is the popular name of the mineral zinc blende (ZnS), often found in the vicinity of silver and gold deposits. The theory is that this also then became the popular name for the highest-scoring hand in the game amongst the prospectors of the time.

Whichever of these derivations is correct, it remains the case that the game is as popular today as it’s ever been, arguably thanks to its elevated online profile. This also means that innovative versions are being constantly introduced with different rules and ways of playing but, as yet, there seems to be no new names to get used to!

How Does Blackjack in Latin America Work?

Spanish 21By Alex Hotch

Blackjack is undoubtedly a popular casino game in the world. The online variants are becoming more popular due to the ease of accessing the game. Players can play blackjack from the comfort of their homes and win money while at it. There are many versions of blackjack and the popular version of the game in Latin America is referred to as Spanish blackjack.

It is also popularly known as Spanish 21 and you can find the game across different casino sites, including sites such as Casinos Apuestas at Although many people think that blackjack and Spanish 21 are not the same, the fact is that they are. Understandably, some reasons may make people think that they are not entirely the same but they are.

What are the Rules of Spanish Blackjack?

The Spanish blackjack, also known as Spanish 21, is played on the blackjack table and it has a customized layout with specific rules. Here are some of the rules of the game:

  • Spanish blackjack is played with 6 or 8 decks that are dealt from a shoe. They can also be dealt from a CSM (Continuous Shuffling Machine). The game is played with 48-card Spanish decks. However, the regular French-suited 52-card decks can also be used with the four 10-spot cards eliminated. Every card in a game of blackjack has the same value.
  • The game starts with the dealer dealing 2 cards to each player and himself. The wagers are then placed and the players can choose to double down, stand, split, or it, depending on the players’ hands and the dealer’s.
  • The dealer receives a hole card and like in the traditional blackjack game, the dealer hits on the 16 and stands on 17. The dealer may hit on a Soft 17 (H17) in some locations but most locations have their dealers stand on Soft 17 (S17). When the soft 17 is hit, it negatively affects the player because the house edge is increased by 0.40%
  • Whether the dealer has a blackjack or not, the blackjack will win and it is paid at 3 to 2. Insurance is paid at 2 to 1 even though there are fewer 10-valued cards per deck. Three cards in twelve are worth 10 and the chances of a dealer getting the blackjack when it shows an Ace is just 25%. This means that for insurance to be regarded as an even bet, it must pay at 3 to 1 and not 2 to 1. Usually, the house edge on insurance is about 24.7%, which is one of the worst of bets in a casino.
  • Players may split a maximum of 4 hands including on Aces

These are some of the rules of the Spanish Blackjack. Most of the rules are the same as other game variants, but it has its unique difference.

If you live in any of the Latin American countries and you are conversant with casino games, you would be familiar with Spanish Blackjack. If you have not attempted the game, you should give it a try, as it has many exciting turns that will keep you at the edge of your seat. Of course, you can play the game from the comfort of your home without visiting any physical casino too.  For more information on Spanish Blackjack / Spanish 21, check out the entry in the Encyclopedia of Blackjack.

Are there Differences between Real and Online Blackjack?

Online Versus Live BlackjackBy Alex Hotch

Blackjack is one of the most popular casino games online. It has its basic rules and provides new players the best introduction into the world of gambling. Today, players can play the game online from the comfort of their homes or in the traditional casinos. This post looks at the differences between blackjack online and live blackjack.

How Does Online Blackjack Work?

There are many ways you can play online blackjack. You can choose to download a casino app to access the game or visit a casino website with blackjack titles in its game lobby online. With online blackjack, you do not need to have anyone around you. Most casino websites use software that randomly draws the order of the deck.

Many industry authorities monitor and oversee the reputation and legitimacy of the software. Since it is the software that does the job, players do not have to deal with the problem of someone else setting the cards against them. The advantage of this is that the house edge for online blackjack is usually reduced.

It is often much lower than its live counterpart, which means your chances of winning at online blackjack increases. You can also explore many variations of the game at online casinos than the real game arena. The only downside to playing blackjack online is that you would not experience the ambiance of the traditional casino.

If you also choose a disreputable casino site, you may be scammed. You can easily avoid this by researching a casino before you sign up with them.  Some things to look for are:

    • Is the casino licensed and regulated by a recognized licensing authority?
    • Is the casino audited regularly by an approved third party?
    • Is the casino operating legally in an online gambling jurisdiction?
    • Does the casino use certified security technology to protect data?
    • Does the casino encrypt all financial transactions?
    • Does the casino provide fair and transparent terms of use?
    • Is there a privacy policy explaining how personal information is used?
    • Is customer support available and responsive?
    • Is there any history of non-payment or treating customers unreasonably?

How Does Real Blackjack Work?

Playing real blackjack offers a different experience from online blackjack. With live blackjack, you can find yourself playing alongside other players. Your sitting location at the table game should be part of your game strategy. You have to consider the cards that are drawn for other gamers during your decision-making process

Having other players around can provide a unique advantage. Many live blackjack players like to take their positions at the right-hand side of the game table to enable them to view the draw more clearly. When more cards are removed from the pack, you are likely to make smarter decisions in your game. You also get the feeling that the game is fair as you can see the cards being physically drawn.

One of the major differences between playing the game online and playing it live is the absence of distractions. When you play a real blackjack game in a live environment, you will have many people playing with you.

You also have to deal with the noise from the casino and with the free drink policies that come with many casinos; you are likely to be less sober at the game. With all these, your chances of playing poorly and losing increase.

Final Thoughts

The choice of whether to play real blackjack or online blackjack is up to you. However, you should weigh the pros and cons of both before you decide on the right one for you. The good news is that if you still want to have a feel of real blackjack, you can also play a live dealer blackjack game online. This uses video streaming technology to enable you to play with a real dealer online.

10 Tips To Increase Your Winnings At Online Blackjack

Aces - The best cards in blackjack!By Max Miller

A game of cards based on probability – blackjack comes with a fixed set of rules that every user must abide by.  While there are numerous strategies you can leverage when playing blackjack at a brick-and-mortar casino, they may not always work exactly the same way when you are playing online.

So, what can you do to improve your odds of winning at online blackjack?

In this article, we have put together a list of the best methods you can practice to win at a blackjack game online. All you need to get started with these tips is a little knowledge about the cards you hold and the dealer’s up card. And once you have that, you will surely be able to maximize your probability of winning and minimize the amount you might lose on a bad day.

After going through these tips, consider reading Unibet Casino Review and heading to their site to begin your gambling career. With the right amount of practice and some luck, you will have the best chances of winning at blackjack.

#1 – Consider All the Potential Chances

If you are an expert player, you already know that blind guesses are something you shouldn’t use when playing blackjack. Instead, what you should do is weigh your probabilities of both winning and losing before playing the game and pick an appropriate game with the best odds.

#2 – Be Careful With Unusual Rules, Side-bets and Options

Before playing, be sure you understand all of the rules of the house.   Some rules could be beneficial for the player but many are not.  Casinos like side-bets because there is a huge house edge.  It is generally good advice to avoid all side-bets in this game.

#3 – Choose the Most Lucrative Table

By researching the online casino you plan to play at, you will be able to figure out the tables that will give you the best odds and stakes. Depending on your luck, you might even be able to tap into the casino’s free game sessions that happen during non-rush hours. So, it is essential you research properly and find the right table to increase your chances of winning.

How's you luck?

#4 – Stick to Your Goals

Before you begin playing online blackjack, it is essential that you set a limit of how much you will invest in the game. Once you decide on that limit, you are not to spend even a penny more than that.  For instance, if you are on a losing streak, don’t put in more money in hopes of winning the game. Instead, your goal should be to earn back the money you lost without focusing on the profits. Even if you fail to get back your lost amount, never invest any more money.

#5 – Don’t Buy Insurance

Insurance is an optional side-bet that is offered in blackjack when the dealer has an Ace up-card.  With insurance, your probability of earning profits decreases significantly as the house edge on this bet can be as high as 7.5%. You are at the online casino to defeat the house. So, do not invest in a way to help the dealer prevent you from winning.

#6 – Leverage Splitting, Doubling, Surrender and Other Advantageous Rules

Splitting and doubling are two crucial rules of playing blackjack. When employed correctly, these and other rules will help you earn more profits and/or reduce your losses. Using proper blackjack basic strategy is a key strategy decision for players.

#7 – Choose the Right Casino With the Best Bonuses

The gambling industry is quite profitable. However, by not choosing a reputable casino, you might end up losing your money.  When looking for an online casino to play, choose one that is renowned for its blackjack games. Additionally, choose an online casino that offers great bonuses and/or incentives to users. Such offers will also put forward unique promotions to their loyal customers.

#8 – The Right Betting Strategy

Before you start playing blackjack, you need to have the right strategy in place. This may help boost your chances of earning profits considerably. If you consider using systems like Paroli or Martingale be aware that these are not advantage play techniques.  The casino will always have an edge over you.  The key advice here is to bet with your head – not over it!1)Editor note: This article was written with the gambler in mind.  Advantage players know that betting strategies alone will not get the money in the long run.  The best advice, however, for all types of players is still to bet with your head – not over it!

#9 – Make Sure the Dealer Stands on Soft 17

It is always vital that you play at a table where the dealer stands on Soft 17. This will positively impact your bankroll as the house’s edge will be minimized. It will also be easier for you to win in such cases.  The Soft 17 rule is an advantageous rule for the player and reduces the house edge by 0.2%.

#10 – Card Counting

Card counting is an advanced player strategy that can be used in any game that does not reshuffle after every hand.  By card counting you increase or decrease your bet based on the count and it will also give you opportunities to vary your playing strategy.  Card counting can minimize the house’s edge significantly if perfected and used properly.

1Editor note: This article was written with the gambler in mind.  Advantage players know that betting strategies alone will not get the money in the long run.  The best advice, however, for all types of players is still to bet with your head – not over it!

Smartphones are Changing the Online Gambling Industry

Smartphones Changing Online Gambling IndustryBy Oscar Salazar

How have smartphones changed the online gambling industry and the way we gamble?

Cell phones have evolved exponentially since they were first introduced to the public in the 1990s from a simple device used to make phone calls to a fully-fledged handheld computer otherwise known as a mobile device. Today, billions of people around the world have a mobile device and they’ve become an integral part of people’s lives. Mobile devices are portable and light and can be just as powerful as desktop or laptop computers. They’re used to connect us with both people, information and other smart technology, they allow us to work remotely from home or on the go, they entertain us and they do practically everything else in between.

The online gambling industry debuted around about the same time as cell phones did in the 1990s, but few could have foreseen then the power couple that they’d become in the 2000s, thus revolutionising how the gambling industry is viewed and how we play and gamble at the same time.

In the mid-2000s, smartphones were introduced to the public and instantly changed the world forevermore. They tipped the world off its axis, charting a new path for civilisation towards a future that was unimaginable just a few decades before. And ever since the advent of smartphones, innovation has only picked up pace, pushing the boundaries of imagination and the realms of possibility.

Industries have had to adapt to the little device otherwise they’d have risked being made redundant. One of the quickest industries on the uptake, experiencing the greatest transformation since the smartphone’s introduction, is the gambling industry. And thanks to their adaptability, tapping into innovation and technology, the gambling industry has enjoyed unparalleled success and growth over the last two decades. What’s more, the growth is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon.

On the contrary, it’s growing at a faster clip than previously predicted, thanks to an unexpected boost few could have foreseen in the form of a global public health crisis. The gambling industry cashed in HUGE on the unprecedented coronavirus pandemic that rocked the world and shuttered most industries and brick-and-mortar retailers for extended periods since March 2020, when the World Health Organization declared the world was facing an extraordinary global pandemic.

The very manner in which smartphones revolutionized the gambling industry is behind one of its success against the backdrop of a global pandemic.

So, how have smartphones revolutionized the gambling industry? We’re going to have a look in this column at some of the key impacts of smartphone technology on the industry. Let’s have a look…

Smartphones have made betting easier

Another Level To Ease of Access

Smartphones have made betting easier and even more convenient to bet on sports no matter where a person is. Online gambling was already popular because it allowed bettors to get in on the action from the comfort of their own homes, but smartphones have taken it up another level. They’re increasingly replacing desktops and laptop computers because they allow bettors to get in on the action from anywhere and everywhere – be it from the comfort of their own home or on the go. So, whether bettors are looking at betting odds or to play virtual casino games, smartphones make it much easier to do what they want. Everything is at their fingertips, including live offers, up-to-date odds and live betting lines

Live Odds

Live betting lines are real time information for sports fans and act as an invaluable up-to-date source of information. Sports betting odds are fluid, the ebb and flow determined by many variables – team and player news, injury reports, weather, public betting trends and so on. Therefore, odds can and will fluctuate all the time and up to game time. In the morning, the odds for a certain game, match, event… might have looked one way but closer to time the odds might have changed slightly or dramatically. With a smartphone, bettors can stay abreast of all and any market changes in order to place the bet that they feel the most comfortable with.

Bonuses and More Offers

Bonuses and other offers and rewards set apart online sports betting sites and casinos from the brick-and-mortar bookmakers and casinos. Thus, giving them a competitive edge as they try to lure gamblers away from these traditional gambling outlets. The ease of access that smartphones provide goes both ways: gamblers can access gambling sites directly from a phone, via mobile apps or mobile-friendly websites, while gambling sites by that same token can reach out to their customer base with similar ease, using text messages, SMS, email or in-app notifications to alert users to various bonuses and promotions in real-time.

The unrestricted access that gambling websites have to their customer base is critical to marketing initiatives that are designed to keep customers engaged, such as bonuses and other offers and rewards. Typically, these will come with calls to action, prompting bettors to react instantly before they expire. Some gambling websites offer standalone mobile offers which can only be accessed with smartphones, thus providing incentive to download apps or to access the site using mobile-friendly websites.

Safety and Convenience

Carrying wads of cash is never safe or recommended, and having to go to the bank to make withdrawals in order to dabble in some gambling activity – be it betting on sports or casino – can be a hassle for many whose day-to-day lives are already busy enough. With the advent of smartphone banking and apps such as Apple pay, Paypal and other pay-by-phone apps, funding online gambling activities couldn’t be more safe or convenient, not to mention instantaneous.
